Electrical Designer for machine builder

Aufgaben

In this role, you will work with the Electrical Design for complex special machines targeted the pharma industry – As an Electrical Designer you will be involved from the start of the concept phase and all the way through inhouse testing, and shipping to customer site. The entire design and manufacturing process usually take between 6-15 months depending on machine complexity level. Moreover, you will be working with upgrade of our standard machines portfolio and implement state of the art electrical design for already well‑established machine types.

As part of Electrical Design, in our automation department consisting of 20 highly qualified professionals, you will be part of the engineering team who develops special and standard machines for customers within the pharma and medtech industry.

During the design and production phases, you will collaborate closely across the organization with both project managers, mechanical engineers and technicians, making sure we meet technical requirements as well as milestones.

Profil

Preferably have bachelor degree in automation, mechanical or electrical engineering – or equivalent work experience

• You have experience in electrical design of cabinets – preferably in EPLAN
• Are proficient in the “Machinery Directive”
• Have knowledge of EN60204 or UL508a with regards to electrical design
• Familiar with international safety standards, e.g. ISO 13849
• You think outside the box and are able to constructively discuss design decisions together with your project team
• You are structured at work and follow up on tasks
• You speak and write English fluently and Danish on at least communicative level.
