Assistant Manager/Senior Engineer Spares Projects

Aufgaben

1. Primary role and ownership is to meet the delivery timelines, cost and quality as committed in order, Ownership starts from the day of order processed in master order list
2. Manage small to big projects for all product lines which have captive third parties and bought out equipment’s, Out sourced or In house assembled.
3. Conduct regular project reviews to make sure it is progressed as per schedule
4. Interaction with customers, technical sales, Engineering, procurement, Production controller and all stake holders for successful Project execution
5. Change Management
6. Weekly review, Progress update to sales team
7. Monitoring and control scope, alteration and project progress tracking
8. Arranging customer product and films for trials
9. Driving the project from each milestone up to dispatch
10. Resolve post-dispatch claims
11. Creation of documents and project sign-off with Customer for sizeable projects
12. Identify bottleneck,  demonstrate Risk management skills and problem solving ability
13. Use of tools such as Gantt chart, Resource allocation, project plan sheet, Progress chart
14. Conduct lessons learnt post project completion and share information to stake holders

Profil

Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Mechatronics
