Senior Engineer/Engineer- Installation and Commissioning (Gujarat)

Aufgaben

1. Provide on-site support of installation, validation and commissioning of Vertical, Horizontal , Confectionary and Secondary packaging machines for applications like Snacks, Powder food, Detergent powder/Bar, Biscuits and cookies, Noodles, Candy and Case packers.
2. Test of automated systems for efficiency, safety and reliability.
3. Travelling to client’s location to solve the software, mechanical and electrical related issues.
4. Perform hands on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
5. Provide on-site training to the customer
6. Interface with cross-functional work teams such as Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Support.
7. Develop service technical reports for improvement in future projects
8. Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits
9. Support in Plant FAT for projects and successfully complete SAT for the same projects
10. Provide a feedback on site improvements to Engineering for future issue prevention and resolution

Profil

Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Mechatronics having 5 - 10 years’ experience in servicing of Vertical, Horizontal Packaging machines.
