Aufgaben

  • Financial Planning and Analysis – develop and execute budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO, board of directors, and other stakeholders
  • Financial Reporting - Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements for statutory audit. Maintain compliance with accounting principles and ICAI guidelines.
  • Risk Management - Assess and manage financial risks, credit risks, and operational risks. Implement effective internal controls and procedures to safeguard the company's assets and mitigate financial risks
  • Treasury & Cash Management - Oversee cash flow planning, banking relationships, and investment strategies. Monitor and manage the company’s liquidity.
  • Compliance and Governance - Ensure compliance with company law, RBI regulations, Taxation and corporate governance standards..

Profil

CA /ICWA having 10-15 years experience in the field of Controlling & Accounting in a manufacturing set up.

  • Leadership Skills to manage and motivate a finance team, excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders
  • Must have handled team size of minimum 3 employees for more than 5yrs
  • Work with international teams 
  • Worked on intercompany commercial transactions   
  • Knowledge of ERP. SAP is preferable
  • Industry knowledge – familiarity with working in capital goods industry and project accounting is beneficial
